Helpful staff assisted us during our stay.

During my 5-night stay in the Superior Double Room, I was overwhelmed by the constant noise from children, making it hard to relax. The premium rooms lacked balconies, and being on the bottom floor with no view was a disappointment. Additionally, the doors to the rooms slammed shut loudly, creating disturbances at all hours.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The aqua park and outdoor movie nights were hits with the whole family, and we enjoyed lounging by the beach with a cocktail in hand. The only downside was some smokers near the kids' area, which made it tough to fully relax, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌞

Our stay was fantastic! The kids loved exploring the waterpark, racing down slides as a family and enjoying the pirate's pool. The friendly staff made dining easy with plenty of delicious choices. Plus, the beach view from the bar was simply stunning!

My kids wished the food variety was a bit broader.

We had an amazing time for our family trip. The water park was just a blast, slides for all ages, and my kid couldn’t get enough of it! I also appreciated the staff who went out of their way. One day they even made a special dessert for my friend with a milk allergy, that was unexpected and nice of them,, really makes a difference!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly,, worth every penny.

The spacious Superior Double Room offered exceptional comfort, although a kettle was not originally provided, it was delivered promptly upon request. The water park was a highlight, designed perfectly for family fun with slides for all ages. Dining at the Mediterra restaurant was a pleasant experience, with an atmosphere that's much less chaotic than the main buffet, and the prime steaks were a delicious treat.
