Amazing hotel that has marvellous and stunning location in the street or in Stella Palace parking area. Big size and tasteful rooms in the well-maintained garden, and nice pool. Variety of options, delightful food.

Incredibly beautiful hotel & clean, its location is beautiful and good on shielded beach. The rooms are bright and exceptional, the view is magnificent. Glad to have climate control, a work desk and television. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and deserve a 4-star rating. Exceptional service and the food is amazing. And the pool is nice. Thank you very much for a really nice stay, can recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this 4-star hotel. The location, nestled in a well-maintained garden on the beach, was perfect for some relaxation. The staff, from the reception desk to the waiters to the cleaning ladies, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even medical facilities available. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also had access to a variety of dining options, including a buffet breakfast and a beach bar for snacks. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.

Excellent facilities, including pools, waterpark, and kids club. Welcoming and attentive staff, particularly at the pool and Mediterra bar. The food buffet offers a variety of options, and the beach is conveniently located. a top choice for a family vacation in Crete.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the well-maintained garden, right by the beach, was ideal. The staff provided exceptional service, including room service and car hire. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a wide range of shops and commercial services available, as well as medical facilities, laundry, and an airport shuttle. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from an in-room safe to a mini-bar and air conditioning. The balcony and garden furniture allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were special diet menus available. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as the spa & wellness centre, swimming pools, and beach access, provided relaxation and entertainment. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

The room impeccably clean and the beds where very comfy. The breakfast was very good, the check in was fast. I spent here 4 wonderful days and would definitely go back.

We had a great value for our money at Stella Village Seaside. The room, though not fancy, was comfortable with basic but comfy beds. The location was convenient, near the beach and only 20 mins from Heraklion city. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind, making our stay perfect.

The breakfast option could have been better.
